Hello Everyone,
We were going to promote bringing a new toy to donate to the Toys for Tots program next Saturday at the Football Awards, and we would like you to consider that. However we also just learned that the Grant Township was informed that that same program (Toys for Tots) who normally provides toys to the township for the underprivileged in our area, is not going to be able to help the township this year, and so they are in desperate need of toys for their upcoming event which is at Camp Duncan on Friday!
This event gives toys to over 500 children in the Grant Township area, and this last minute notice from Toys for Tots has really hurt their event, and the township is doing everything they can to make this happen but they need our help.
So if you could please tell everyone you know about this, and try to bring at least one new toy to the Township Office by Thursday to help support of the Townships toy drive we would appreciate it.
Grant Township does a lot of things to support the Cardinals, and now is our chance to help them, and help to make sure the kids in our area all have a nice holiday as well.
The township needs as many toys as they can get, but they need them by This Thursday in preparation for the big event on Friday.
