Head Coach Michael Lojdl has been coaching with the Cardinals since 2002. He is also the President of the organization in his second year of a two year term. A former Cardinal and Grant High School Graduate, Coach Lojdl believes that having fun while learning to play is critical to the success of any child participating in our programs, and he has dedicated hundreds of hours a year to ensuring that the kids he coaches do just that.

Coach Avitia who was a Head Coach in 2007 stepped up to the challenge of coaching the Offense with the Varsity in 2008. His good nature and tough winning attitude are a great combination on the field. His desire to have fun with the kids is only overshadowed by his desire to give the kids a winning season.

Coach Sullivan is kind of the Old School tough Monsters of the Midway kind of coach who believes that Hard work and dedication can overcome all obsticles. Coach Sullivan is also Vice President of the Organization in his first year of a two year term.

Coach Whitman is new to the Cardinals coming from Lake Zurich where he was a coach for years. He brings a fresh approach to coaching along with new ideas and he is looking forward to helping our kids to reach for new levels of perfection on and off the field.

Coach Coffman also known as "DUCKY" is no stranger to the Cardinals in his third year coaching, and he is also the Saturday Director of Football. Roger also oversees the Volunteer verification for parents. So when you hear the sesame street "RUBBER DUCKY" song, at the field, you know Roger is IN DA HOUSE!! THE HOUSE OF BIG DOG!!
