Head Coach Kirsten Innes is entering her Seventh year with the Cardinal Organization. Her first year with Mascot Red she was a Team Mom, and then she was assistant coach during her second year. From 2005 to 2007 she was Head Coach for the Little Bits Red, and in two years they won two National titles. In 2008 Coach Innes took the Featherweight squad to a national title, and this year she is taking on the challenge of heading the Junior Varsity Squad. Coach Innes graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and earned her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. She currently works for the Grayslake School District. Now as Head Coach of the Featherweight Squad Coach Innes plans to continue her well established tradition of excellence as she moves up to JV, and they are looking forward to another exciting season!
